Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
To begin a return, contact our support team or submit a request through our Returns Page.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Returns are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., beauty, personal care)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
We currently do not offer free returns for non-defective items or items that match their description.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team.
If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process above.
