Cookie Policy

Last updated November 6, 2026

In short

Salespace uses only the cookies and similar storage needed to sign you in, keep you secure and remember a few choices in the app. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don’t track you across other websites. Because these are all essential, we don’t ask for consent with a cookie banner.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, keep information in your browser too. This policy covers both.

Cookies we use

  • Signing in: our sign-in provider, Clerk, sets cookies such as __session and __client_uat on salespace.com and its accounts pages, to keep you signed in securely. Our public pages read only whether you’re signed in, to show “Open Salespace” instead of “Sign in”.
  • Your last store: salespace_store remembers the store you last opened, so Salespace opens it next time. It lasts a year.
  • Studio settings: studio-… cookies remember the settings you last chose in each Studio mode, per store. They last a month.
  • Security: Cloudflare, which protects our services and checks that contact form messages come from people (Turnstile), may set cookies such as __cf_bm to tell people from bots.

Storage in your browser

The app keeps the prompt you’re writing in Studio in your browser’s local storage, so it’s still there when you come back, and remembers some of the page’s state, such as where you were, for the current tab only. This information stays in your browser.

Website analytics

We count visits to our website with Cloudflare Web Analytics, to see which pages people visit and how fast they load. It sets no cookies, doesn’t store anything in your browser and doesn’t identify you or follow you across other websites.

Other websites

When you pay, manage billing or connect Meta, you go to Stripe’s or Meta’s own pages, which set their own cookies under their own policies.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. Without the sign-in cookies, you won’t be able to sign in to Salespace; without the others, the app won’t remember your choices.

If we ever add cookies that aren’t essential, such as for analytics, we’ll update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it. For how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy. Questions? Write to info@salespace.com.
