Data Requests
Last updated November 6, 2026
In short
You can delete your data from Salespace yourself at any time, or ask us to delete it for you. This page explains how, and what happens when you do.
Delete your account
In Salespace, open your account’s Profile and choose Delete, then type your email address to confirm. When you delete your account:
- you’re signed out and removed from every store you’re a member of;
- your name, email address and photo are erased at once;
- the stores you own are deleted for everyone, with their products, media and campaigns, and their live campaigns are paused in Meta first;
- your plan, if you have one, is cancelled at once, without a refund, and its credits are lost;
- your Meta connections are disconnected.
Delete a store, products or media
- A store: its owner can delete it in the store’s Settings, choosing whether its live campaigns are paused in Meta first. Everyone loses access at once, and the store, with its products, media and campaign data, is erased permanently after 30 days.
- Media: images and videos you delete from the Library are removed from our storage within minutes. Copies already uploaded to your Meta ad account stay there, managed by Meta.
- Products: a deleted product is removed from your store at once, and erased with the store’s data when the store is deleted. Its media stays in the Library until you delete it.
Remove Salespace’s access to Meta
You can remove Salespace’s access to your Meta business at any time:
- In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, and remove Salespace; or
- In Meta Business Suite, open Settings, then Integrations, then Connected apps, and remove Salespace.
Salespace stops acting in your ad accounts at once. Campaigns already running keep running in Meta until you pause them there. To have the Meta information we stored deleted too, such as your ad accounts’ details and your campaigns’ results, delete the store or your account, or write to us.
If you request deletion through Facebook, we confirm it with a confirmation code and a link to check its status. Salespace doesn’t store information tied to your personal Facebook profile.
Ask us to delete your data
Write to info@salespace.com from the email address of your Salespace account, saying what you’d like deleted. We may ask you to confirm it’s you, and we’ll complete your request within 30 days.
What we keep
- Billing records and invoices, as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- A record that a deletion was requested and completed.
- What we must keep to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or prevent abuse.
Server logs are overwritten in the normal course. For more about how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
