Terms of Service

Last updated November 6, 2026

Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Salespace Platforms, Inc. (“Salespace”, “we”, “us”) for using our website and app (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Salespace for a business, you agree for that business and confirm you’re allowed to.

Who can use Salespace

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Salespace is a tool for businesses: you use it to sell and advertise your products, not as a consumer.

Your account and team

  • Keep your sign-in details secure. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
  • The person who creates an account is its owner: they manage billing, create and delete stores, connect Meta, and are responsible for the account and everyone they invite.
  • Owners and admins can invite people to a store and choose what each can see and do. Members use the account’s credits when they create in a store, and their actions count as the account’s.
  • Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

Emails from us

We send business emails about your account, billing, security, support and your campaigns, which are on by default; you can turn off notification emails in Email preferences in the app, and emails needed to run your account always come. Marketing & updates emails, with news, new features, product updates and offers, come only if you turn them on in Email preferences, and you can stop them there or with the unsubscribe link in any of them.

Plans, credits and payments

  • Plans. Salespace is available on paid plans only, billed monthly or yearly in advance, as shown on our Pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and don’t include taxes, which are added where they apply. Payments are processed by Stripe, and plans renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Credits. Creating images, videos and Avatars, and writing ad copy with AI, use credits; the cost is shown before you create. Each plan grants credits every month, yearly plans included, and you can buy credit packs while you have a plan. Setting up your first store also comes with a one-time welcome allowance for your first ads, which can’t be used for anything else.
  • Credits carry over from month to month while you have a plan. When your plan ends, for any reason, all its remaining credits expire, credit packs included.
  • Failed creations don’t cost credits: credits held for a creation that fails are returned.
  • Upgrading takes effect at once and starts a new billing period. The value of the current period’s unused plan credits is taken off the new plan’s first charge.
  • Downgrading and cancelling take effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for; until then you keep your plan and its credits. If your new plan allows fewer stores or people than you have, you choose which stay active; the rest become inactive but aren’t deleted.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal fails, you keep your plan for 7 days without new credits while you update your payment method. After that, your plan ends, as described below.
  • No refunds. Payments, including yearly plans and credit packs, are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Deleting your account cancels its plan at once, without a refund.
  • Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred, sold or exchanged. We may change prices, plans and credit costs; changes to what you pay apply from your next billing period, after notice.

When your plan ends

  • When your plan ends, because you cancelled it or a payment failed, you can’t use your stores until you choose a plan again. Choosing one restores them as you left them.
  • Your Autopilot rules are turned off, and Salespace stops syncing and changing your campaigns. The rules stay off when you choose a plan again, until you turn them back on. Campaigns already running in Meta keep running and spending under your ad account, and remain your responsibility. You can manage them in Meta, or choose a plan to manage them in Salespace again.
  • We keep your stores and their content for 90 days after your plan ends. If you haven’t chosen a plan by then, your stores are deleted as our Privacy Policy describes. Their campaigns in Meta aren’t paused when they’re deleted.
  • You can delete your account at any time, including while you have no plan; deleting it pauses your live campaigns first.

Limits

Each plan has its own allowances, such as stores, people per store, credits and, on Hobby, daily imports from links. To keep the Service fast and fair, we also set limits that apply to everyone, such as products per store, creations running at once and requests per minute. We may change these limits.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you bring to Salespace: products, media, prompts, names and other content (“your content”). You give us permission to host, copy, process, adapt and send your content only as needed to provide the Service, including sending it to our AI providers and, at your direction, to Meta.

You confirm you have the rights to your content and to the product pages you import, and that using them in Salespace and in your ads doesn’t violate anyone’s rights or any law.

Data processing

Your content can include personal information, such as people shown in your media or Avatars. For it, you’re the controller and Salespace is your processor, and this section is our data processing agreement under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation and similar laws. For your account and how you use Salespace, we’re the controller, as our Privacy Policy describes.

  • Your instructions. We process your content only to provide the Service, as these terms and your use of Salespace direct, unless the law requires otherwise, in which case we’ll tell you first where the law allows. What you publish to Meta is sent at your direction, and Meta handles it under its own terms.
  • Confidentiality. Everyone at Salespace who can access your content is bound to keep it confidential, and accesses it only as needed to run and support the Service.
  • Security. We keep appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your content, including those described under “How we protect it” in our Privacy Policy.
  • Subprocessors. You authorize the service providers listed under “Who we share it with” in our Privacy Policy. Each is bound by a contract with data protection obligations like these, and we remain responsible for them. Before a new one handles your content, we’ll update that list and tell you by email or in the app; if you object, you may stop using Salespace.
  • Requests and compliance. We’ll help you respond to people exercising their rights over their information, and with security, impact assessments and consultations with authorities, as far as our processing is involved. If a request about your content reaches us directly, we’ll pass it on to you.
  • Breaches. If we become aware of a breach affecting your content, we’ll tell you without undue delay, with what you need to meet your own obligations, and take steps to contain it.
  • Deletion. When you delete content, a store or your account, we delete your content as our Privacy Policy describes, except what the law requires us to keep. You can export or download your creations before you leave.
  • Information. We’ll give you the information reasonably needed to show we meet these obligations, such as answers to security questionnaires, at info@salespace.com.
  • International transfers. We process your content in the United States and wherever our subprocessors operate. For personal information from the European Economic Area, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (controller to processor) are part of these terms, with the UK Addendum and Swiss amendments where they apply; your acceptance of these terms is your acceptance of them.

What you create with AI

  • Between you and Salespace, you own the images, videos, Avatars and ad copy you create (“creations”), and may use them in your ads and anywhere else, subject to these terms and the law.
  • AI can produce similar results for others, and creations may be inaccurate or resemble existing works. Review every creation before you use it: you’re responsible for making sure it’s accurate, truthful about your product, and doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights.
  • Our AI providers may refuse requests that break their content policies. We don’t use your content or creations to train AI models.

Meta and your campaigns

  • By connecting Meta, you authorize Salespace to act in the ad accounts, Pages, Instagram accounts and Pixels you choose: to create, publish, pause, resume, rename and change the budgets of campaigns, ad sets and ads, to upload media, and to read results. We act only on campaigns Salespace created.
  • Your ads run in your own ad accounts. Meta bills you directly for ad spend; it isn’t part of what you pay Salespace. You’re responsible for your budgets and spend.
  • Your ads must follow Meta’s terms and advertising policies. Meta reviews ads and may reject or limit them, or restrict your accounts; Salespace doesn’t control Meta’s decisions.
  • Results come from Meta and can be delayed or revised, for example as Meta updates attribution. We don’t promise any level of sales, return on ad spend or other results.
  • Campaigns keep running in Meta until they’re paused, even if you stop using Salespace. When you delete a store, you choose whether its live campaigns are paused first; deleting your account pauses them.

Autopilot and suggestions

  • Autopilot rules act automatically. An active rule is checked about every 15 minutes against your campaigns’ results and, when its conditions are met, makes its change in Meta without asking you again: pausing, raising or lowering budgets of the campaigns, ad sets and ads it applies to.
  • Rules act within the limits you set, such as a budget cap or floor, a minimum spend before acting and a wait before changing the same budget again. A rule that raises budgets increases your ad spend, up to the limits you choose.
  • Rules rely on Meta’s data, which can be delayed, incomplete or revised, and a change can be skipped or fail, for example when Meta refuses it or access is lost. Every change is recorded and you’re notified of it.
  • Suggestions are recommendations, not advice or guarantees. Applying one makes its change in Meta immediately.
  • You’re responsible for the rules you create and the suggestions you apply, and for monitoring your campaigns. You can pause or delete a rule at any time. Values you enter, such as a product’s break-even ROAS, are used as you give them.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Salespace to:

  • advertise or sell anything illegal, unsafe or deceptive, or anything Meta’s policies prohibit;
  • create content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that infringes others’ rights or impersonates them;
  • import pages or media you don’t have the right to use;
  • harm, overload or interfere with the Service, or get around its limits, security or credits;
  • access the Service by automated means other than its own features, or copy, resell or reverse engineer it;
  • violate any law, or anyone else’s terms that apply to you, including Meta’s.

Other services

Salespace works with services we don’t control, such as Meta, the stores and pages you import from, and our AI providers. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we’re not responsible for them, their availability or their changes. If a service changes or stops what Salespace relies on, some features may change or stop too.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using Salespace and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, don’t pay, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we stop offering the Service, with notice where reasonable. What happens to your data afterwards is described in our Data Requests page and Privacy Policy.

Changes to Salespace

We’re always improving Salespace, so features may change, be added or be removed. Some features may be marked as early or beta and may not work perfectly.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Disclaimers

The Service, including creations, results, Autopilot and suggestions, is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Salespace won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, sales, data or ad spend, including from campaigns, Autopilot rules, suggestions or creations. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of what you paid Salespace in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

Indemnity

You’ll defend and indemnify Salespace against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your ads and products, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms or the law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Before bringing a claim, contact us at info@salespace.com so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any claim that isn’t resolved will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Salespace agree to their jurisdiction.

General

These terms, with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and Salespace about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a part isn’t a waiver. You can’t transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and for important changes we’ll tell you by email or in the app before they apply. Using Salespace after changes apply means you accept them.
